We would love to have someone join our team who is passionate about people and about helping them to explore the possibilities of fulfilling a mission call in OM, by leading them through the application process,ensuring they are placed in a right field of service,encouraging them along the way, and finding suitable opportunities for them among the least reached.

Requirements
- Must be able to communicate well in English, both by email and by phone.
- Must have a passion and faith to believe Zimbabweans can be called and used by God.
- Have good Administration skills to keep records and personnel files, set up appointments, plan orientation meetings, etc.
- Self-motivated but able to work in a team
- Good at networking
